GCC has assisted in the preparation of PPP contracts since 2002. The quality of the specialist partners (financers, maintenance units, architects and engineering offices) included in our teams and whose know-how we combine with our construction expertise, enables us to propose customised tenders meeting the expectations of our customers - future users. These project groupings are then managed by GCC and we can provide references from survey consultants, BEH and transport authorities for this competence.
