They organise tasks and ensure the site progresses on a daily basis in compliance with safety rules. The project manager is a key player.

Structure engineer

Post-graduate in construction, university training in structural calculations.
Mission
Structural engineers carry out structural calculations, size and optimise the different structural elements based on customer data and supervise the execution of block plans using IT tools.
Structural engineers emit proposals when attempting to find variants and optimisations.
They intervene on building or industrial civil engineering projects in the design phase in coordination with a sales engineer, or during the execution phase by establishing the execution plans required for projects.

Sales engineers identify potential order providers and new projects. They create and maintain commercial relations with order providers. They propose and negotiate the optimum solution with the customer and transmit the file to works teams after contracts are signed.

The pricing engineer carries out a complete study of a case based on pre-project plans by defining operating modes, proposing variants, defining the resources required on a station by station basis and determining a technical price for the entire works.

He or she will prepare the elements required to conclude the sale of the operation.
He or she will assist the sales engineer in preparing the tender and in the different phases of negotiation.
